LEVEL 1 AWARD IN HEALTH AND SAFETY FOR CARERS

Intended for learners working in any sector of the care industry, the Level 1 Award in Health and Safety for Carers requires three hours of learning time. The training course covers accidents, legal responsibilities, causes of fire, types of protective clothing, working at height safely, safety signs, safe manual handling and the safe handling of chemicals.

HIGHFIELD LEVEL 2 AWARD IN CONFLICT MANAGEMENT (RQF)

This qualification is aimed at individuals who require training in conflict management. It is appropriate for a wide range of sectors and is suitable for anyone who has a customer facing role, deals with service users or the public. It can also be a useful qualification for individuals who would like a better understanding of how to prevent conflict situations from arising and feel more confident in being able to deal with situations if they arise.

How long will it take?

To complete this qualification, learners should expect to undertake a total qualification time (TQT) of 16-hours and of this 11-hours is recommended as guided learning (GL).

This regulated qualification is designed for learners who wish to improve their knowledge and skills in the logistics operations sector and is applicable to a variety of areas including · transportation · stock control · warehousing · monitoring the flow of goods and materials It includes mandatory training in areas such as: health and safety, customer service, developing effective working relationships with colleagues and making an effective contribution to the business. How long will it take me to achieve this qualification? The qualification is delivered between 92-105 guided learning hours. How is the qualification assessed?
