Peter Clarke

Head of Training and Development

Head of training and development , he has had a variety of roles in his career before moving into training.
He has worked in sales ,construction ,interior design ,security ,retail.
With over ten years experience in management from branch manager ,assistant manager ,right the way up to operations director and managing director level , he has experience in all levels of local authorities police ,councils ,planning officers .
Peter is qualified to deliver apprenticeships , health and safety courses ,security training for security officers ,door supervisors ,stewards ,first aid ,customer service and much more .
His compliance audit background makes him an ideal candidate for delivering and assessing the apprenticeships .
He has mentored many security companies starting up and there management teams. His dedication to personal development and inspiring others ,changing minds comes through in his style and ethics in his training style .

David Marriner

Operations Director

With an extensive seventeen year background in the hospitality and licensing trade .
David has worked with major brands within the leisure industry stretching across the UK .
His background has ten years in operational management of multiple sites delivering results consistently .
His role at the new operational southern offices will be the day to day running of our new training facilities in the south co-ordinating staff and clients onsite.
Working with DWP and our other clients to develop centres .
David will be main point of contact for our southern region offices and clients .
